Biffi Boutiques is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and access the 'Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the Biffi shipping box, ensuring the return invoice is included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-printed DHL return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our courier partner to arrange a convenient collection time or drop off the parcel at any authorized service point to complete the process.
